September is Hunger Action Month

Hunger Action Month is an opportunity to engage in the fight
against domestic hunger. America's Second Harvest (soon to be
Feeding America) and its 205 member food banks will host events
across the United States that directly benefit our hunger-relief
efforts.

Hunger affects people of all
ages, and in all areas of the world. One way to address this
unfortunate situation is to educate yourself about hunger issues.
Along with food and financial support, it is important that you
arm yourself with facts in order to show your support to your elected
officials, because in a land of plenty, no one should go hungry.
